As the registration sponsor, your organization’s logo will be featured on Mint’s registration page starting in early November 2023 and ending in September 2024 – that’s ten months of exposure and hundreds of thousands of eyeballs directly on your brand. The interactive map sponsorship is designed to expand your brand messaging throughout the entire outdoor venue. Strategically placed in high-trafficked and easily found areas, these touchscreen boards will allow all Mint attendees to engage with your brand while navigating the outdoor venue. There will be (5) interactive maps with upgrades available.
The Mint attendee application is released one-month prior to Mint 2025. Event attendees can use the mobile app for each stage of Breakthru (including all pre-event stages) as well as onsite for everything Breakthru/Mint related. The app release is announced via an email campaign, and via messaging included in critical participant updates and emails. As the sole sponsor of the Mobile App, your logo will appear on three important stages during the app experience: the splash page, which all users see whenever the app is launched, and the home page. Mint will commission a local muralist to create a custom 10×10 mural live during the event. The artist will work with you to include your company, products, and services in their design. The Street Art Mural sponsorship includes one 10’x10’ canvas structure, two 1-hour inspiration calls with a local artist, a live commissioned piece, and an adjacent 10×10 dedicated meeting space for your company to leverage during exhibiting days (full days Monday & Tuesday, half-day on Wednesday).
Mint garners millions of digital impressions. This high-impact brand awareness piece is designed to increase brand visibility and shareability and will be located in a highly trafficked area within the outdoor space. These custom-built 10ft by 10ft pieces allow your graphics team to embrace the event ethos and create a visual experience for the audience and media. The Giant Ferris Wheel option includes (1) branded Ferris Wheel, (1) dedicated 10×20 meeting space for your company to leverage throughout the exhibiting days (full days Monday & Tuesday, half-day Wednesday). Upgrades available upon request.
Mint offers more than 150 unique destinations within the outdoor space. These pylons are positioned in highly trafficked and visible locations as thousands of attendees reference them for directions. Have your all-white logo featured on all four sides of these 8′ tall directional pylons, allowing your brand influence to expand north and south throughout the entire outdoor space. The Hotel Shuttle Sponsorship includes exclusive brand promotion side-by-side with the Mint logo on all Mint hotel shuttle vehicles and the opportunity to include a branded item or piece of company material for all passengers.
With the Liquidity Sponsorship, two companies can take over both (2) Hydration Stations and all nonplastic water bottles throughout Mint All nonplastic, reusable water bottles distributed throughout the festival, including all water displayed on stages and given to our speakers, will be branded with your logo. This sponsorship encompasses all ordering, graphics, shipping, and handling service charges for high-quality bottles. (1) bottles will be distributed to each attendee at event check-in, and additional water bottles will be available at both food pavilions and all attendee concierge locations.
The PCH Food Pavilion is one of two food and beverage areas utilized throughout the four-day event. This opportunity allows your brand messaging to be prominently displayed digitally and physically.
